Any requests made over the summer will be processed once schools are in session.

Welcome to the Student Record Request system.

This system securely transfers digital student records from Edmonton Public Schools to other schools or to Alberta Health Services staff.

Schools within Alberta should check the PASI digital student record first before making any request for student records. All Edmonton Public School student records for students enrolled in the 2019-20 school year or later are available on PASI.

If you are at a school, you should only request the digital student record if the student is currently enrolled at your school; this enrollment will be confirmed before your request is processed.

If you are an Alberta Health Services staff member, you should only be requesting the digital student record if you are going to provide service to that student.

  1. Enter the requesting school (usually, your school), by choosing province, city and then school. If your school is not listed, contact us at 780-497-7489, or email central.records@epsb.ca.
  2. Your school’s email address will be displayed. Please confirm that it is correct. This is where the link to the digital record will be sent. You may request a change to the email by entering and confirming an alternate email in the appropriate boxes, and we will call the school phone number on file to confirm the email is valid.
  3. Identify the student record you are requesting by entering the legal name, date of birth and Alberta Student Number (if known). You will also be asked to supply a password for the request. Use any password of your choosing; you will be asked for it when the documents are ready for download.
  4. Confirm that the student is currently attending your school by checking the corresponding box in the request form. If there is a problem with any of the fields, you will not be able to submit the request until they are corrected. You may make subsequent requests for further records upon submission.
  5. An email will be sent from the system when the request is approved. In the email will be a link to the digital student record. Click on the link, enter the password you used when you made the request, and then download the documents. These documents should be printed and placed in the paper student record, or moved to your digital student record. They are confidential documents, and are subject to the Student Record Regulation of Alberta.
